	All work performed or supervised directly by an engineering director. Starting with a design, and having all the pieces understood and supervised by a single individual helps avoids final assembly surprises.

* Computer hardware/software installation.

* Network installation, server configuration (hardware and

software configuration, including cables & installation).

* Internet access, single user and shared access, dial-up,ISDN, DSL, cable modem, installation/configuration.

* Repairs & upgrades.

* Computer sales are not provided by DDSi. In order to eliminate any conflict of interest, DDSi may recommend you acquire a new or additional system from another vendor. However, removing the profit motive assures you that the need is real and not monetarily motivated.
